Minimal exterior fasteners. Our custom wood doors have no exterior nails, staples or screws. By taking the extra time to fasten the wood door design from the rear, our doors provide a clean, visually superior exterior finish while minimizing areas of exposure to the elements.

Best materials and components. -- We hand select our wood, inspecting every piece for defects. We reject warped boards, split wood and overly knotty material. All of our wood is kiln-dried lumber and we moisture check every board. We only use heavy-gauge hinges and track, 10-ball nylon rollers and torsion springs.

High quality fit-and-finish. We take the time to make accurate measurements, precise cuts and fit the wood designs together for a tight joining. All of our wood doors feature mitered cuts between sections to promote drainage and minimize sight lines. For our Grade I and II doors, we plane the wood’s surface to make sure the wood is a uniform thickness and also a smooth surface. We make a quality product by paying attention to the details. The use of quality materials equate to a high quality finished garage door product.

We do not use sub-contractors for installation. All of our installers and service technicians are trained, full-time, insured employees. Our installers take pride in their work and do the small things right.

Quality control. We record every garage door installation and service job in a database, recording the installer and all facets of the door's origin.
